I do not understand why people have made such incorrect comments to downgrade the hotel the atmosphere of the balcony was incredible in regards to the cleanliness it was 100 percent clean it’s a Victorian style hotel it’s Whats in your budget then there is no need to make negative comments in regards to breakfast boiled eggs and a cake some bread and coffee is more then enough which was included the women from reception on arrival greeted me with respect and it was swift check in and keys given air conditioning working order making a review is with truth ness unless you can look for 5 star hotel and pay 300 euros a night instead of 35 euros the hotel i would rate it and for the price is 10 of 10

We were nervous about this Hotel because the price was too good to be true. HOWEVER, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It must have been glorious back in the day, and it is a little dated, but it still exceeded our expectations. The room had a very comfortable king size bed and was very roomy in both the bedroom and the living area which led out to the balcony. Even the bathroom was spacious! We had a great view from our balcony of the beautiful pool and the City of Athens. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, but was included in the price! Plenty of parking and there was a lift instead of having to carry luggage up to the top floor.

Brilliant clean and Peace full place,the place u wanna be alone or with family.very far away from Athens busy life .take 1hr 20 minuts in bus and train ,if you have car better then it takes 30 minuts.old lady with desk is so nice and help full ,young girl was just tired of her life lol. If u looking to party or night life then it's not your place .like I said very calm up on hills ,good for hikers.and who play casino . Very good restaurants near .better get in texi from airport else very difficult to find 1st time when you are tired and alone .

The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, the pool was nice and large, the airconditioning effective. True, the hotel is dated and could use some major rennovations to make it on par with better known brands, but since we paid only half of the price one would normally pay for a similar accomodation, who are we to complain about that?

Situated on the suburbs of Athens, it is highly recommended if you want to take a rest. The view is astonishing! Besides you have the chance to breathe air! Near mountain Parnes and a wide road full of restaurants and tavernas as well.Staff and owner very helpful and friendly. Many thanks to the housekeeper and all of them.
